9:00am - 5K Run/Walk Start
9:15am - Booths Open

10:00am - FREE Kids Fun Run following the 5K race. All kids receive an award for participation!
10:15am - Awards Ceremony for the top 3 men and women finishers and top 3 men and top 3 women finishers in the following age categories: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.
Baby joggers are permitted for race runners. Dogs on leashes and baby strollers are welcome for the walk.
The 5K certified course will start and finish at Shea Stadium at Redstone Park in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. For your safety, no headphones, skates or bicycles will be allowed on the course.
Runners participate in the following categories:
15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.
